Do I need to create a Ticketmaster account to buy tickets?

 

Yes, you will need to create an account, and make sure all your information (especially payment method) is up to date.


How do I buy tickets to more than one performance in the festival?

 

To purchase tickets for multiple performances, you will need to complete separate transactions for each.

 

For example, once you have selected your tickets for Program 1, proceed to checkout. Once your payment is processed you may either select “Back” to return to the FFDN event listing page, or you may choose to open a different window. Please note that each transaction will incur individual service fees.

Who should I contact to purchase accessible seating?

 

Please contact MERIDIAN HALL (formerly the Sony Centre) Box Office directly, during regular business hours, at 416-368-6161, extension 7117 to purchase tickets in our accessible seating area.

How will my tickets be delivered?

 

Tickets are available as electronic e-tickets (which you can either print at home, or present on your mobile device at the door), by mail (for an additional fee, based on method of delivery and delivery speed) or you can request to have them available for pickup at Will Call.

What should I do if I would like to purchase tickets for a group of 8 or more?

What is your policy on refunds and exchanges?

 

Fall for Dance North does not offer refunds or exchanges.
 

Will fees be added to my order?

 

Yes, Ticketmaster will charge a small service fee per order, which will be added to your purchase at the time of sale.

Can children attend the festival?

 

Yes, all Fall for Dance North programming is family friendly, however please be sure to consult our programming for specific content warnings.
