IPP 2026 Call for Artists
Fall For Dance North’s International Presenters Program (IPP) is back October 21 - 24, 2026, and we are inviting local professional dance artists to apply for our Open Call. IPP is an opportunity for Canadian artists to showcase their tour-ready work, and engage with national and international dance presenters, curators, artistic directors and cultural leaders.
- Program Dates: Oct 21-24, 2026
- Apply by: June 18th, 2026
- Selected artists notified: End of July
Local artists are offered venue space and basic technical support for a 15 minute showcase, as well as an IPP artist badge to access the program’s events and activities, networking opportunities with presenters, and discounted tickets to Fall for Dance North Festival performances. Artists will also receive guidance from industry experts and past successful artists as part of a newly initiated “Pitch & Network” workshop, to help prepare their showcase in advance of the program.
Criteria for applicants:
- Must be based in the GTA and have at least 5 years of professional experience in dance.
- Each artist can pitch one completed work that is ready for national and international touring.
- The work proposed must have already had a world premiere presentation.
- The work can have previously toured nationally, but not yet toured internationally.
Works are selected based on their readiness and viability for touring.
