GENERAL

How do I contact customer service?
Box office support is available through TO Live from Monday-Friday, (1:00 - 6:00 PM) by phone at 416-366-7723 | 1-800-708-6754. In-person box office support is available during daytime hours.  You may also email boxoffice@tolive.com. Please visit the TO Live ticketing page for more information. 

For any general inquiries around festival activity, venue accessibility or general information you can contact FFDN at tickets@ffdnorth.com or phone 416-907-5933. 

Is all festival programming appropriate for children/ families?
Most Fall for Dance North programming is family-friendly, however, please reference the specific program event pages for specific content warnings. 

TO Live’s general babes-in-arms policy is that any child that hasn’t yet celebrated their first birthday can get a free babes-in-arms ticket. During the show, the child must stay on their guardian’s lap. Please go to the box office on the day of the show to get a babes-in-arms ticket. .

I would like to support the festival and make a larger gift, how can I do that?
All gifts are very much appreciated and every gift helps us continue to be able to offer world class programming at affordable pricing. Please visit our support webpage or contact Melissa Forstner, FFDN’s Director of Advancement and Communications at: melissa@ffdnorth.com All donations over $25.00 will receive a charitable tax receipt. You may also add on donations at point of ticket purchase. Thank you! 

If I make a donation during check-out, will I receive a charitable receipt?
Thank you for your support! Yes, all donations over $25.00 will receive a charitable receipt. Your receipt will be emailed to you separately from FFDN before the end of the year.

How do I get to the performance venue?

Where can I find accessibility information about the venue/performance?
Accessibility information for each venue is available on the Venue Accessibility page. Details are also listed on the Plan your Visit page within each performance listing. If you have further accessibility questions, please contact tickets@ffdnorth.com or phone 416-907-5933.

What are the accessibility options available?

What happens if I am late to the performance? 
Front of House may let you into the performance at an appropriate break. Each performance may have its own latecomer policy so please be sure to arrive at the venue early. In some cases late seating may be on an upper level to ensure less disruption for the performance. Please ensure cell phones are turned off when entering. 

How long will the performance(s) be?
Performances in each venue may vary in length. Details on each program can be found on the respective event pages

TICKETING

Do I need to create a Ticketmaster account to buy tickets?
FFDN's ticketing is operated by TO Live, using Ticketmaster software, but is not connected to Ticketmaster.ca or any Ticketmaster accounts. To purchase tickets, you will require an active TO Live account.  

How do I buy tickets to more than one performance in the festival?
The easiest way to book multiple tickets is to select a package. This year we have one festival package option, with the ability to add on additional shows:

Festival Pass: Save 15% if you purchase four or more festival performances! 
Alternatively, tickets can be purchased individually by adding your tickets to your cart, going to your cart and selecting "Continue Shopping" until you are ready to checkout.

Where do I enter my promo code?
If you have a promotional code you will be able to enter your promotional code during your ticket purchase. A pop up window may appear in order to help you navigate to the appropriate section depending on which device you are logged into (mobile, laptop, desktop etc.).

How will my tickets be delivered?
Tickets are available as electronic e-tickets (which can either be viewed directly in your TO Live account or added to your digital wallet or you can request to have them available for pickup at Will Call. E-tickets will arrive from TO Live <noreply@ticketmaster.com> and can be accessed at https://am.ticketmaster.com/tolive/my-events.

Will fees be added to my order?
Yes, there are some service fees per ticket, which vary per venue. All fees are listed on our Ticketing information page as well as when selecting seats at checkout. They will be added to your purchase at the time of sale. There may also be an overall order fee at checkout.

What should I do if I would like to purchase tickets for a group of 10 or more?
For Group purchases of 10 tickets or more, please contact tickets@ffdnorth.com in order to access a discount code for 15% off.

What is your policy on refunds and exchanges?
All ticket sales are final but if you need to reach out to us regarding any extenuating circumstance, we will do our best to accommodate. Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes! You can easily transfer tickets to a guest using your Ticketmaster account and select “Transfer Tickets” to a designated email address.
