Ticketing and box office for FFDN’s 11th annual festival is proudly supported by TO Live, a Ticketmaster partner.
Box office support for Signature Programmes and Up Next is available via TO Live: Monday-Friday, (1-6PM) by phone at 416-366-7723 | 1-800-708-6754. In-person box office support is available during daytime hours. Please visit the TO Live ticketing page for more information. You may also email boxoffice@tolive.com.
At the Bluma Appel Theatre, the box office will be open 1 hour prior to show time and close approximately 30 minutes after performances commence.

TICKET PRICING:
Single Tickets: $25.00 base fare (plus applicable fees)
For performances at Bluma Appel Theatre:
$25.00 Base Ticket Price, including tax
$4.50 Facility fee
$3.75 Service fee
Total $33.25/ticket
An order fee of $2.25 may be added to each order.
For performances at Citadel + Compagnie:
$25.00 Base Ticket Price
$4.63 fees/tax
Total $29.63/ticket

Pay It Forward Tickets: At checkout you will have the option to add $25.00 as a Pay it Forward ticket. Pay It Forward tickets allow FFDN to offer complimentary access to our festival to those experiencing financial barriers. Email tickets@ffdnorth.com if you have questions about this program.
Do I need to create a Ticketmaster account to buy tickets?
You do not need a separate Ticketmaster account, but you will need to set up a TO Live ticketing account at checkout, if you do not already have one. Fall for Dance North 2025 tickets are being sold via our box office partner TO Live. You will need an active TO Live account to make a purchase.
How do I buy tickets to more than one performance in the festival?
The easiest way to book multiple tickets is to select a package. This year we have one festival package option, with the ability to add on additional shows:
Signature Programme Package - Save $10.00 and access all three performances at the Bluma Appel Theatre for just $65.00!
Alternatively, tickets can be purchased individually by adding your tickets to your cart, going to your cart and selecting "Continue Shopping" until you are ready to checkout.
Where do I enter my promo code?
If you have a promotional code you will be able to enter your promotional code during your ticket purchase. A pop up window may appear in order to help you navigate to the appropriate section depending on which device you are logged into (mobile, laptop, desktop etc.).
How will my tickets be delivered?
Tickets are available as electronic e-tickets (which you can either print at home, or present on your mobile device at the door), by mail (for an additional fee, based on method of delivery and delivery speed) or you can request to have them available for pickup at Will Call. E-tickets will arrive from TO Live <noreply@ticketmaster.com>
Will fees be added to my order?
Yes, there are some service fees per ticket, which vary per venue. They will be added to your purchase at the time of sale. There may also be an overall order and processing fee at checkout. You can save on some fees by purchasing in person or over the phone.
What is your policy on refunds and exchanges?

A limited number of student tickets are available through TAPA’s Hip Tix program. Check back here for details over the summer as those are released.
