Ticketing Information 2026

We are here to support your ticketing journey. Ticketing and box office for FFDN’s 12th annual festival is proudly supported by TO Live, a Ticketmaster partner.

Box office support is available via TO Live: Monday-Friday, (1-6 PM) by phone at 416-366-7723 | 1-800-708-6754. In-person box office support is available during daytime hours. Please visit the TO Live ticketing page for more information. You may also email boxoffice@tolive.com. 

At the St Lawrence Centre for the Arts, the box office will be open 1 hour prior to show time and close approximately 30 minutes after performances commence.

Box office support for  Night Shift at The Citadel: Ross Centre for Dance is available through boxoffice@citadelcie.com or Phone: 416.364.8011 Ext. 1

Ticket Pricing:

Single Tickets: $25.00 base fare (plus applicable fees) 

For performances at St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts (Bluma Appel Theatre and Jane Mallett Theatre):
$25.00 Base Ticket Price, including tax
$4.50 Facility fee
$3.75 Service fee 
Total $33.25/ticket. 
An order fee of up to $2.25 may be added to each order.

For performances at Citadel + Compagnie:
$25.00 Base Ticket Price
$4.63 fees/tax
Total $29.63/ticket.

For performances at the Betty Oliphant Theatre:
$25.00 Base Ticket Price, including tax
$3.75 Service fee 
Total $28.75/ticket. 
An order fee of up to $2.25 may be added to each order.

Festival Pass (choose between 4-6 shows): See four or more Festival performances and save 15%! Choose from the six Festival programmes. Packages available while quantities last, so be sure to book early! 

Price per ticket:
$21.25 Base Ticket Price (including tax)
$4.50 Facility Fee (not applicable for performances of Svaha!)
$3.75 Service fee
Total $29.50 per ticket

Early Bird Festival Pass: Order your Festival Pass early, and receive an additional discount! Passes purchased up to June 30 receive a 20% discount

Price per ticket:
$20.00 Base Ticket Price (including tax)
$4.50 Facility Fee (not applicable for performances of Svaha!)
$2.25 Service fee
Total $26.75 per ticket.

Pay It Forward Tickets: At checkout you will have the option to add $25.00 as a Pay it Forward ticket. Pay It Forward tickets allow FFDN to offer complimentary access to our festival to those experiencing financial barriers. Email tickets@ffdnorth.com if you have questions about this program.  

How will my tickets be delivered?
Tickets are available as electronic e-tickets (which can either be viewed directly in your TO Live account or added to your digital wallet ), or you can request to have them available for pickup at Will Call. E-tickets will arrive from TO Live <noreply@ticketmaster.com> and can be accessed at https://am.ticketmaster.com/tolive/my-events 

How do I buy tickets to more than one performance in the festival?
You can select multiple single tickets and add them to your cart. The easiest way to book multiple tickets for the Signature Programmes is to select a package and save.

Do I need to create a Ticketmaster account to buy tickets?
You do not need a separate Ticketmaster account, but you will need to set up a TO Live ticketing account at checkout, if you do not already have one. Fall for Dance North tickets are being sold via our box office partner TO Live.  You will need an active TO Live account to make a purchase.  

Will fees be added to my order?
Yes, there are some service fees per ticket, which vary per venue. They will be added to your purchase at the time of sale. There may also be an overall order and processing fee at checkout. You can save on some fees by purchasing in person or over the phone.

A limited number of student tickets are available through TAPA’s Hip Tix program. Check back here for details over the summer as those are released.
