FFDN is thrilled to return to the theatres this Fall. We understand the need for flexibility during this time and are here to support your ticketing journey. 

Purchasing Tickets:

Ticketing and box office support for FFDN’s 8th annual festival is proudly supported by TO Live. You can select tickets for performances by visiting the 2022 Festival section and click on Purchase tickets.

Exchanges and Refunds:

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and need to exchange or cancel tickets the following options will be available to you: Exchange for another evening or performance depending on availability, donate the cost of the ticket or receive a refund.

In the instance of an event being rescheduled due to inclement weather or any extenuating circumstance, FFDN will inform ticket holders of rescheduled date(s), communicated directly via the email address provided at time of purchase. FFDN will also post any rescheduled events on its social media channels and website.

If a ticket holder is unable to attend a rescheduled event date it is the ticket holder's responsibility to request a refund within 14 days of the originally scheduled date, through email or by telephone. 

FFDN is a registered charity and welcomes donations in many forms. If you have been allocated a refund due to one of the circumstances listed above, you can opt to contribute your total refund amount as a donation. Tax receipts will be issued to all amounts of $15.00 or more.

Latecomers: Latecomers may be admitted by our Front of House staff when there is a suitable break in the performance. 

General: We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove a patron if they are in violation of FFDN’s covid-19 policies set forth or if any unruly behavior is threatening to the safety of our audience.
Please ensure cell phones are turned off during the performance. 
Flash photography is not permitted.
