How do I contact customer service?

Is all festival programming appropriate for children/ families?
Most Fall for Dance North programming is family-friendly, however, please reference the specific program event pages for specific content warnings.
Children 2 years of age and under will be admitted free of charge and may be seated on a parent’s or guardian’s lap.
I would like to support the festival and make a larger gift, how can I do that?
All gifts are very much appreciated and every gift helps us continue to be able to offer world class programming at affordable pricing. Please visit our support webpage or contact Melissa Forstner, FFDN’s Director of Advancement and Communications at: melissa@ffdnorth.com All donations over $25.00 will receive a charitable tax receipt. You may also add on donations at point of ticket purchase. Thank you!
If I make a donation during check-out, will I receive a charitable receipt?
Thank you for your support! Yes, all donations over $25.00 will receive a charitable receipt. Your receipt will be emailed to you separately from FFDN before the end of the year.

What happens if I am late to the performance?
Front of House may let you into the performance at an appropriate break. Each performance may have its own latecomer policy so please be sure to arrive at the venue early. In some cases late seating may be on an upper level to ensure less disruption for the performance. Please ensure cell phones are turned off when entering.
How long will the performance(s) be?
